As your registered NDIS plan manager, we cross-check each invoice against your approved plan to make sure the supports align with your funding. We ensure providers are paid promptly, reducing delays in service delivery and preventing disruptions in your care. If we find any issues with an invoice or you have any concerns about a charge, we investigate and resolve on your behalf.
With us, you’ll never be left wondering where your NDIS budget is gone. We provide clear, easy-to-understand budget summaries that show exactly how your NDIS funds are being spent. You’ll receive regular updates that include remaining balances, recent transactions, and projected funding use, so you can plan ahead and make informed decisions. No fancy words, no spreadsheets, just straightforward budget tracking that helps you stay in control of your NDIS plan at all times.
The NDIS funding rules are tricky to wrap your head around, but we make them easy to understand. Our team explains how your plan is structured, what each funding category means, and how you can use your budget appropriately. Whether you’re unsure about what Core, Capacity Building, or Capital Supports cover, or need help understanding “reasonable and necessary” criteria, we break it all down and can repeat it as many times as you need. That way, you can feel confident knowing what’s allowed, what’s not, and how to make the most of your plan.
Sometimes invoices don’t match your plan, or funding is incorrectly applied—that’s where we step in. If something doesn’t look right, we’ll speak directly with your providers to clarify and correct invoice discrepancies, lodge necessary adjustments, and communicate with the NDIA if needed. You won’t need to chase up errors or deal with long phone calls. We take care of the resolution process while keeping you fully informed every step of the way.
We work behind the scenes to ensure your support providers are aligned with your plan goals, budgets, and delivery timelines. Whether you’re engaging with support workers, therapists, or specialist services, our plan management team coordinates with them to confirm services are billed correctly and reflect the supports you’re actually receiving. By working together, we help you build a reliable and consistent support network, without the stress of managing the admin.
